What's the ideal pressure to get good bounce from your netball?

A Netball ball that is overinflated or underinflated won't give you an ideal playing experience.The recommended pressure is clearly marked on the ball by the manufacturer.Ideally, use a pump with a pressure gauge for a more precise inflation.At Tarmak, we recommend a pressure of 0.76 - 0.83 bar.Enjoy your game!

What ball should you use for playing netball?

If you want a very ball, go for a rubber ball. If you want a ball with a good feel, choose a PVC ball. Choose a size 5 ball for netball.
